If you are interested in a Catholic wedding at Sacred Heart, please contact the parish office or speak to the Parish Priest, Fr Trevor Tibbertsma.

The way it works is that you would make an appointment to see the Priest, get to know one another and maybe fill out a few forms together. You'll need to bring some ID, and also locate your and your partner's Baptism and Confirmation certificates. Couples then enrol in a marriage preparation course such as Smartloving. The Parish Priest will meet with you several times to accompany you in your preparations for marriage. Please note that these preparations must be undertaken some months prior to the wedding.

To meet our own running costs, we ask for a contribution of 2,000 dollars. In addition, a bond deposit of 1,000 dollars will be refunded under the usual conditions after the wedding.

Unfortunately we cannot offer use of the hall or foyer for food and beverages, but people are more than welcome to meet on the grounds here after the wedding of course. The nearby Alexandra Gardens in Kew are walking distance away, and may be good for photographs. A permit for filming on council land is only required if someone with a photography business is used on site.
